Formerly of Hiatt Avenue, Wellington, Telford, who fell asleep on March 25, 2013.

Mum, Nan and Great-Nan.

We sat beside your bedside not knowing what to do, we held your hand and whispered how much we all loved you. Each one of us in our own way have special thoughts of you today.

You will be sadly missed.

Son Martin, Daughter Lesley and Families.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Monday, April 15, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired to The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
