Died, February 10, 2012,
aged 11.
Celia, Tim, Frank and Grandma Mary wish to thank everyone for all their kind words in each card, individual gifts, the many wonderful flowers and the vast selection of lovely food andcakes for Annie-May's Funeral.
Thank you to all who visited us and gave their time, care and love at this very sad time.
Special thanks to everyone who participated and attended the Funeral Service and also for generous donations received in her memoryin excess of œ2,700.00, this will be divided between the Diana Princess of Wales Children's Hospital in Birmingham and SHINE (Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus charity)
