Passed away on July 15, 2016, at The Princess Royal Hospital, aged 75 years.

Beloved Husband of Joan, Father of Kevin, Chris and Amanda, Father-in-law to Karen, Sandra and Gaz, Father to adopted Daughter Diane and Grandfather to Luke, Sarah, Emily, Jarod, Nathan and Harrison.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, July 28, 2016, at 1pm.

Family flowers only but donations if desired for The Stroke Unit at The PrincessRoyal Hospital (Ward 15), for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

Colours can be worn.
