Passed away peacefully after a short illness at The Royal Stoke University Hospital.

The adored Husband of Jo, much loved Son of Stella Veronica and Brother of Paul, Shelagh, Nicola and Stuart. A special Uncle and Friend.

Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if wished to University Hospitals of North Midlands Charity for which purpose a collection box will be made available at the Crematorium.
