On Tuesday, October 20, 2015, peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, Jack, aged 83 years, of Thompson Drive, Whitchurch.

Beloved Husband of the late Barbara, much loved Dad of Helen and David, Father-in-law of Kate and a dearly loved Grandad Jack of Chris, Pad, Andrew, Eleanor and Jennifer.

Committal Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Friday, October 30, at 10.30am, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life at St Alkmund's Parish Church, Whitchurch,at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Severn Hospice, Telford.
