Passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on October 22, 2013, aged 84 years.

Loving Husband to Margaret and loved Father of Christopher, Joanna and Richard, Grandad of Rachel.

Jack will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Monday, November 4, at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Dementia UK for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
