Beloved Mother of Pat, loving Grandma of Nicholas, Amanda and Gareth and Great-Grandma of Ryan, Rhys, Scott, Lewis, Joe and Victoria.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, February 16, at 4pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for Lightmoor View Residents Comforts Fund, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
