Keith's Family would like to thank everyone for the kindness and support which has been given since their sad loss, also for all the cards, flowers, messages and the overwhelming attendance at the Service, which was a true celebration of his life.

Kind and generous donations of œ1,361 were shared between Severn Hospice, Midlands Air Ambulance and The North Staffs Royal Infirmary Accident and Emergency Department.

Sincere thanks to Andrew Woodhouse of Northwood and Sons forhis thoughtful and caring support throughout this time.
