Dearly loved Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle.

Cremation will take place at Shrewsbury.

A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at Holy Immanuel Church, Fauls, on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only but donations, if so desired, to be divided between Holy Immanuel Church and Ward 24, Coronary Care, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
