Passed away on Friday August 9, 2013 at Morris Care in Wellington, aged 34 years after a long spell in hospital.
Sadly missed by his Dad Allen, Uncle Steve, Auntie Sheila, Cousins Manda and Andy, Uncle Godfrey, Von, CousinsLisa, Matthew, Amy and Auntie Julie.
