LEWIS Suddenly but peacefully, at ARI, on Friday, July 19, 2013, John (Jack) Lewis, aged 86 years (late B.T.). Beloved husband of the late Jane Adams, a dearly loved dad, father-in-law, grandad, great-grandad and brother. Very sadly missed. Ceremony in Gordon & Watson's Chapel, Rosebank Place, on Thursday, July 25, at 1 p.m., to which all friends are respectfully invited, thereafter private.
