Passed away on June 21, 2013, following an illness bravely borne, aged 60 years.

Devoted Partner of Jen and a much loved Brother and Uncle.

Funeral Service, 2.30pm, Tuesday, July 9, at Holy Trinity Church, Coalbrookdale, followed by Interment in Castle Green Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Hillside Animal Sanctuary, Norwich, would be appreciated.
