Of Blakemore, Brookside, Telford. Formerly of Dudley.
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his Family at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on June 20, 2013, aged 76 years.
A much loved Dad, Grandad, Brother and Uncle.
He will be sadlymissed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 2pm, Thursday, July 4 at Telford Crematorium.
Flowers welcome but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
