Passed away on April 24, 2013, aged 66 years.
Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place on Tuesday, May 14, 1pm, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium.
All welcome afterwards at the Gough Arms.
