Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, aged 64 years.

Funeral Service to be held at StLlwchaiarn's Church, Llanmerewig, on Thursday, May 2, 2013, at 12.30pm, followed by Committal at Aberystwyth Crematorium, at 3.45pm.
