Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Bicton on April 15, 2013, aged 83 years

A loving Mum to Julie, David and the late Karen. Grandma to Chris and Charlotte, Sister to Pat.

Funeral Service will be at Emstrey Crematoriumon Wednesday, May 1, at 3.15pm.

Mourners are requested not to wear black if possible.

Family flowers only but donations will be for The Severn Hospice and The Parkinsons UK
