Funeral Service at St Eata's Church, Atcham, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at 4pm, followed by a private Cremation.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be divided between St Eata's Church and the Intensive Therapy Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
