The Funeral Service will be held at Cannock Crematorium, Norton Road, Heath Hayes, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS12 3HJ on Friday, August 9 at 10.45.

Refreshments afterwards at The Barns, Cock Sparrow Lane, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS12 4PB.

Family flowers only by request, but donations if desired to Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
