Passed away peacefully at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on October 7, 2023, aged 37 years.

A loving Wife to Lyndsey, a devoted Mum to Evie and Elliot, a special Daughter to Tina and Sister to Helen and Stephen and a dear Friend to many.

Samantha will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Abbey on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 11am followed by a private Interment.

Please wear bright colours.
