David John

(always known as John) Passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021, aged 81 years. Devoted Husband to Joan for 62 years and a loving Father to his late Son David.

John was a coal merchant for 40 years in Uttoxeter, he met a lot of lovely folks. He loved nothing more than inventing and mending things. A few weeks before he was taken ill, he turned to Joan and said, 'I have had a very happy, wonderful life, I have done all that I wanted to do'. John was simply the best!

A Funeral Service will take place at Stafford Crematorium on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 1pm.

Family flowers only please but your kind donations will be divided between St Lawrence's Church, Bramshall and Midland's Air Ambulance.
