BROWN Philip M. Philip died suddenly, at his home in Dumfries, on October 19, 2020, after a life-long illness. He is survived by his wife Rachel, daughter Emma and son Robert, also by his granddaughter Elspeth, daughter of Emma and her partner Charlie. Philip was the beloved son of Madeline and Ian Brown, loving brother of Alan and his partner Nathalie. He is, and always will be, sadly missed.
