Passed away peacefully on July 5, 2020, aged 77 years.
The Funeral Service will be held at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 10.45am, although due to current circumstances attendance is by invitation only.
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Eva made payable to either British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research UK, Kidney Care UK or Diabetes UK can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
