Cosmo Pat, Rebecca, Hannah and Tia would like to thank all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the kindness and sympathy received on the devastating loss of Cosmo, a dear Husband, Dad and Poppie.

Thanks for the many cards, messages, emails and flowers received, all a great comfort.

Thanks to Dr Kara Rye, her Secretary Sara Lloyd, Sisters Sharon, Victoria, Di and all Staff on Ward 15 at The Princess Royal Hospital for their care of Cosmo and also his Family.

Heartfelt thanks to Gerald Owen for a meaningful and comforting Service, to Just Jackies for the beautiful floral tributes, also many thanks to Leona, Simon, bearers and Chauffeurs of C J Williams for their sympathy, empathy and professionalism.

A Memorial Service is to be arranged at a future date, where all will be welcome to attend.
