Passed away with dignity at St Georges Park Nursing Home on October 3, 2019, aged 79 years.
Beloved Wife of the late Charlie, much loved Mom of Eunice, Charley, Steven and Paula, Nan and Great-Nan.
Funeral Service, 11.30am, Friday, October 25 at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Dementia UK would be appreciated.
