Paul Dennis Patrick Retired Teacher, Author and Cyclist.
Passed away at Stoke University Hospital on June 20, 2019, aged 80 years.
Much loved Husband, Father and Grandad.
Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, July 10 at 2.45pm at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.
Family flowers only but donations if wished to Severn Hospice.
Bright colours to be worn if wished.
