BATES Janet (Jan) Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 16. Jan will be missed by her loving Family and many Friends. Ceremony to take place on Thursday, May 2, 10.45am, at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The Uplands Nursing Home and Alzheimer's UK. Please dress as you wish.
