Mr Ian Moore and the Family of the late Mrs Heather Moore wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours and also to Colleagues, Suppliers and Customers of Wildheart for the numerous cards, letters, tweets, Facebook messages and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and terribly difficult time, for the attendance of over 450 of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations to the Severn Hospice Telford.

Special thanks to her Doctors, to the Staff at The Nuffield Hospital, Wolverhampton and to the Doctors and all Staff at the Severn Hospice, Telford for your wonderful care and support to Heather and to the rest of the Family throughout her long fight with this dreadful disease, to Cara for your very personal contribution to the Ceremony, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, to Helen, Chelsea and the team at Ebenezer's Florists for the beautiful floral tributes, to all at The Stable Bar at the Kings Head Hotel, Bridgnorth, for your hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards and to the Revd Laura Hill and Organist Mr Oliver Clarke for leading us in a most uplifting Celebration of Heather's life.

Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.
