Passed away peacefully at home, on November 17, 2018, surrounded by his loving Family.

A much loved Husband Father, Step Dad and Grandfather.

David will be missed by all who knew him.

Memorial Service to Celebrate David's life will be held on Saturday, December 15, at 1.30pm, at West Hope Burial Ground Chapel, near Craven Arms.

Family flowers only please.
