John Sadly passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018, aged 76 years. Funeral to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, September 28, at 2.50pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of John made payable to Oxford Hospitals Charity and will go towards Surgical Oesophageal 0210 fund and can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
