Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on July 19, 2018, aged 79 years.
A loving Mom, Nan and Great-Nan.
Treasured memories, forever in our hearts.
Funeral Service to be held at 10.30am on Monday, August 6 at All Saints Church, Broseley, followed by a Private Cremation.
Family flowers only please. Donations to the Severn Hospice would be appreciated.
