Passed away peacefully in the comfort of Eric and Mandy at The Princess Royal Hospital on July 15, 2018, aged 72 years.

Loving Wife to Eric, loving Mom to Mandy, Mother-in-law to Ian, cherished Nan to Adam and Cerys.

Funeral Service, 1pm, Tuesday, August 7, at St Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Madeley, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium

Family flowers only by request but if desired, donations, which will be divided between The Swan Project at The Princess Royal Hospital and St Mary's Roman Catholic Church would be appreciated.
