Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on March 26, 2018, aged 65 years.

A dearly loved Husband, Father and Grandad.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.Funeral Service, 11.30am, Friday, April 27, at Christ Church, Wellington, followed by private Cremation.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations if desired will be divided between The Heart & Lung Transplant Team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, The Lingen Davies Cancer Appeal and the Severn Hospice, Telford.
