Mrs June Lewis, Steven and Caroline, Michelle and Graham and the Family of the late Mr Frank Lewis wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters, emails, Facebook posts, texts and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for the attendance of over 100 of you at his Funeral Service and for your donations to the Severn Hospice (Shrewsbury), totalling œ428 to date.
Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.
We extend our special thanks to Frank's Doctors and to the Staff at Highley Medical Practice for all your efforts on his behalf over the three years, to the Doctors and all Staff at the Severn Hospice at Shrewsbury for your care of and kindness to Frank and to the Family in the final days of his life and for the great dignity you afforded him, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such care, to Inspired by Chelsea Florists of Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, we were very pleased, to everyone who shared their memories of Frank with us for inclusion in the Ceremony and to Granddaughters Holly and Lily for your very personal contributions to the occasion, to all at Highley Working Mens Club for your warm hospitality afterwards on a very blustery day and to Mrs Carol Askey for the excellent post Funeral reception catering and to the Revd Mike Harrisand Organist Mr Stephen Lomas for leading us in a most uplifting celebration of the life and times of Frank Lewis.
