COWIE (Fordoun) At home on Friday, October 20, 2017, after long illness faced with courage and humour, Alfie, beloved husband of Rita, much loved dad of Martin and Eleanor, father-in-law of Steph and Ritchie, special grandad of Evie, Adam and Kayden, and lifelong visitor to Pittodrie. Alfie donated his body to medical research so no funeral. There will be a memorial get together at a date to be arranged. A big thank you to family, friends and neighbours, Dr Pirie and staff, Laurencekirk District Nurses and Home Carers who have all been so good to us. Greatly missed.
