Beloved Husband of Sue and much loved Father of Martin and Nick, passed peacefully away, July 17, 2012, aged 60 years.
His Funeral will take place on Monday, July 30, Service, All Saints Church, West Bromwich at10.45am, followed by Committal at Heath Lane Cemetery at 11.30am.
