Phyl and Family would like to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for their cards and messages of sympathy at this sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and your kind donations of œ420 for the Severn Hospice, Telford.

Special thanks to Doctors Tamara and Derek and all the wonderful Staff at the Severn Hospice who cared for Tom, to the Reverend Roger Balkwill who conducted the Service, partly in Welsh which was greatly appreciated and to L Tranter and Son for their kindness and professionalism throughout and finally to Dee at St Georges Sports and Social Club for the lovely refreshments provided.
