Formerly of Dawley Road, Wellington.
Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on April 13, 2017, aged 91 years.
He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends near and far.
Funeral Service 11am, Wednesday, May10 at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request. Donations for The Priory Nursing Home would be appreciated.
