Much loved Husband of Dilys and a loving Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Funeral Service, 12.55pm, Thursday, April 20, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only or suitable flowers to give to the Nursing Homes in which John was cared for.

Donations if desired to Alzheimer's Research would be appreciated, for which purpose a collection plate will beprovided.
