Passed away peacefully after a short illness on March 21, 2017, aged 79 years.
Devoted Husband to Wilma.
Loving Dad, Grandad, Great-Grandad, Brother and Uncle.
Funeral Service, 11am, Saturday, April 8, at Telford Crematorium.
Black dress optional.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between Prostate Cancer UK and Make a Wish UK would be appreciated.
