Of Madeley, Telford, passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on December 3, 2016, aged 74 years.

He will be sadly missed by his Daughter and Brother.

Funeral Service, 10am, Tuesday, December 20, at Holy Trinity Church, Coalbrookdale, followed by Interment in Castle Green Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Midlands Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
