Passed away peacefully surrounded by his Family, at Woodcote Nursing Home, on October 26, 2016.

Much loved Dad and Grandad, who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 1pm, Thursday, November 10, at Wellington Methodist Church, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired for Dementia UK.
