Aged 52 years, of Teme Avenue, Wellington. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on September 10, 2016.

Much loved Son of June and Eddie, dearly loved Brother to Carol and Linda, Brother-in-law to Steve and Derek. Father of Danny and Jessica and Grandad, also a dear Uncle, who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 12 noon, Thursday, September 22, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but donations if desired for The Birmingham Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
