Beloved Husband of Lisa, loving and much loved Dad to Jack and Grace and the cherished Son of Margaret and Eric, passed away in hospital.
The Funeral Service will take place in Emstrey Crematorium Chapel on Friday, September 16, at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please, however there will be a retiring collection.
