Of Field Crescent, Shrewsbury, passed away suddenly, on March 25, 2012, aged 48 years. Much loved by Wendy, will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, April 17, at 10.15am.
Flowers welcome, donations if desired to a Charity yet to be decided.
