Of Wellington, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2016, at the Severn Hospice, aged 67 years.
Loving Husband to Gill, loving Dad to Jason and Joanne and adored Grandad to Taylor, Tiesha and Rayn.
Funeral Service, 2.45pm, Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at Emstrey Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request or if desired donations to the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
