Passed away peacefully after a short illness, on March 23, 2012, aged 67 years, at his home Cherry Hill, Madeley.

A loving Dad. Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends. Funeral Service, 10.30am, Friday, April 20,2012, at All Saints Church, Madeley, Crewe followed by Interment in the Cemetery.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
