Funeral to take place on Thursday, July 28, 2016, at St Andrew's Church, at 12.30pm, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK.
