Passed away peacefully in the loving arms of his Wife Linda, with his devoted Daughter Jessica by his side at The Princess Royal Hospital on June 6, 2016, aged 64 years.

Grandad to Armani, who was the Son he never had.

Brother, Uncle, Great-Uncle and Friend to many.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, June 24, 2016, at 1pm.

Family flowers only but donations if desired to the Renal Unit at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at the Crematorium.

Family requests no Children attend.
