Passed away suddenly at home on April 13, 2016, aged 74 years.

A loving Husband, Dad, Father-in-law and a proud and treasured Grandad of Esme and Georgia.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at St Andrew's Church, Shifnal on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at 1pm, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please but if desired donations for British Heart Foundation would be appreciated.
