Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her Family on April 2, 2016, aged 63 years.

Much loved Wife of Brian, dear Mum of Carol and Deborah, treasured Nan of Donovan, Jade, Chloe and Kalum and a special Great-Nan.

Funeral Service, 1.30pm, Tuesday, April 26, at Horsehay Methodist Chapel, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request please or if desired donations, which will be divided between HorsehayMethodist Chapel and the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
